We are a mature responsible non-smoking couple transferring to Calgary and we are seeking temporary housing in 30 day increments for up to 60 days while we locate suitable permanent housing. We have an indoor declawed cat and a very well trained medium sized dog.. No human children! We take great pride in our home environment and are the type of tenants that every landlord wants to have. We are looking for a home with 3-4 bedrooms, a secure fenced yard, 2 bathrooms and a 2 car garage. All of our furniture will be in storage during the first 60 days so we will need the home to be fully furnished with all furniture, linens and pots and pans. Cable TV, internet, washer dryer and all other utilities must be provided as well. Must also be within reasonable driving distance to the airport, the closer the better! Jetted tub, hot tub, fireplace, ensuite and a place to park a travel trailer would be nice but not absolutely required. Please reply with photos and details of property which you may have available.
