Looking for long term rental beginning on or around January 1, 2011. Recently transferred from Ontario and will be in this position for approximately 2 - 3 years, so not really interested in buying. I have been with my company for 25 years and will likely take on another position within that 2 - 3 year time frame. I will list my "wish" list for what I would be looking for if I needed to go the purchase route and if most can be matched, that would be perfect. I would think that I would be a perfect tenant as I'm very clean, quiet and very respectful of others and to be honest, seldom home as I'm an outdoors person. My office is close to downtown so following locations would be preferred; Crescent Heights, Renfrew, Kensington, Eau Claire, St Andrews Heights, Edworthy Park, Sunnyside but would entertain safe areas with double car garage. Wish List: Double car garage Bungalow SAFE neighborhood - I've done my homework. Must be well kept and up to date. Willing to spend up to $1600.00 monthly. Anything more than this would make me lose potential investment money so I may as well buy.
