Your ad would run for up to 45 days but that is certainly not the norm, as properties rent much faster than that on HomeRENT.ca.

The number of views your ad receives is monitored daily on your customer account.
Do renters have to pay to see my ad?
No! It is always FREE to search current listing on HomeRENT.ca!
How do you track your website statistics?
We publish our web site statistics, provided by the popular analysis software AWStats. In addition, we track when a specific listing is viewed, and provide those statistics to the owner of the listing.
How many visitors does HomeRENT.ca get per day? What is the difference between the number of visitors and number of hits?
We are glad you asked! We closely monitor our statistics each day and are committed to increasing these numbers on an ongoing basis.
Even more impressive than the number of hits HomeRENT.ca receives is the number of daily unique visitors to our site. The following illustrates statistics terminology:
A "visitor" comes to the site and views 1 or more "pages". Each page requested is a "hit". But in addition, each page may have 0 or more images. Each of those images also counts as a "hit".

All HomeRENT.ca customers have access to FREE Forms! Forms such as Rental Applications, Lease Agreements, Inspection Reports, etc. are available to download and are printer friendly.
How do I get an invoice?
All of your receipts are available on your customer account. You may view and print them at any time, as they will remain on your account indefinitely.
How long will it take to rent my place?
Ahhhhhhhhhh… if only we knew! Please, take time to read our testimonials. They are cut and pasted from e-mails of owners and tenants who agreed to let us post their comments and they speak for themselves!

No, our primary focus is on advertising, but please refer to our Property Management Page for our list of valued Property Management Companies.
How do I upload photos to my ad? How many photos can I upload to my ad?
Yes! You are able to upload UNLIMITED photos to your ad for no extra charge! For automated processing, images must be saved as jpg or gif, and each file can be a maximum of 2 MB. If you have problems, just call or e-mail your photos to photos@homerent.ca and we will be happy to upload them for you at no extra charge!
I don't have a digital camera. How can I get photos uploaded onto my ad?
We would be happy to come to any property located in Calgary or Airdrie to take photos for a nominal fee of $15 for an exterior photo (no appointment required) or $35 for interior photos. Please call 912-0102 now to book your appointment.
What do I do when my property is rented?
Once your property has been rented you mark your ad as ?RENTED? or we can mark it rented for you. All ads are automatically deactivated within 72 hours from the time they are marked ?RENTED?. Ads are then stored on our system complete with photos for ease of renewal.
Will renters contact me directly if they are interested in my property or do they contact HomeRENT.ca?
They contact you directly. It is your contact information (i.e. phone number) that appears with your ad. And as a reminder - you should always check your ad once it has been placed to make sure your contact information is correct.
Can I edit or change my ad after it has been placed? How much does it cost?
Yes! All changes are absolutely FREE! Once an ad has been placed and paid for, you receive a Username and Password that allows you to log into your account and edit your ad at anytime. All changes are instant and there is no wait for updates to appear live to viewers.
I am worried about giving my credit card over the Internet. What does ?secure server? mean?
