What We Provide

After signing a management agreement, we assume all the work of getting your property rented and professionally managed.

We advertise using a variety of methods including at least 2 different internet sites. To ensure quality tenants, each potential renter is screened using basic credit, landlord, employer and reference checks.

During the tenancy we collect rent and security deposits, conduct random inspections of your property, arrange for repairs and maintenance as required and take care of move-in and move-out inspections.

Each month you will receive a detailed property statement.

We also deliver eviction notices, deal with court settlements if necessary, and handle any other items pertaining to the Landlord and Tenancy Act of Alberta.
