Residential Property Management
Tenants:
We offer well maintained properties through the Edmonton and surrounding areas for you and your family to call home. Our lease agreement follows Residential Tenancy Act and is geared to protect your rights and obligations as well as the property owner. All information provided is protected and confidential.
Owners:
We are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, and 365 days a year to ensure your property is well maintained, tenant issues are addressed in a timely manner and both owners and tenants feel secure knowing that their needs are being professionally looked after. We manage your property as if it was our own.
Condo Property Management:
We work with Condo Boards in assessing their needs. The role DMG has is largely influenced by the residents and Condo Board members through their involvement and commitment. We are available to provide as much assistance as is required ranging from daily administration to bylaw enforcement and regular maintenance programs.
